We like to keep our personal training sessions flexible so rather than other a set package (although we have a couple of set packages too like our 14 day fat loss program) you can book 10 personal training sessions with us and use them as it suits you and your budget.

For example you may choose to workout with us three times a week and that means you will rebook another 10 sessions every month or some clients workout just once a week which gives you 10 weeks and then they workout at home twice a week. We do recommend you workout at least three times a month if you want to see results and that you keep that going for a minimum of three months. Of course your fitness must become a long term for ever type of program but you can stick with us for as little or as long as you want to – that is up to you.
